 If it looks like we might vibe, we’ll schedule an informal “get to know you” conversation. Think of it as a casual coffee chat—with sharks. You’ll also be sent a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before this convo, so we can talk openly and protect sensitive info on both ends. 

 If both sides are still feeling the flow, we’ll schedule a more in-depth follow-up meeting in 2–3 weeks. During this time, we’ll send you our full business plan and projected financials to review. Bring your questions—we’ll be ready with answers. 

 Mutual interest is key, and trust is everything. If we both decide to keep swimming forward, both parties will exchange financial disclosures. This helps us build on a foundation of transparency and alignment. 

 If everything checks out and we’re ready to move, we’ll ask that you present an investment offer. This includes negotiations, terms, and the official paperwork to seal the deal. After that? You’re part of the Fire Sharks family.
